All events will take place at the EBRD Headquarters with the exception of the No Borders Orchestra Concert and the Reception for All Participants which will take place at the Guildhall on Wednesday 11 May from 18:30 onwards (doors open at 18:10).
The nearest underground and national rail station to the EBRD Headquarters is Liverpool Street Station. Please check the Transport for London web site at www.tfl.gov.uk to plan your journey and get the latest updates on any delays or line closures.
All EBRD 2016 Annual Meeting and Business Forum events will take place at the EBRD Headquarters.

FOOD AND DRINK
Coffee shops are available at the Networking Area on Level 2. No credit/ debit card payment facilities available. Cash only.
The Networking Breakfast on Thursday will be served prior to the Tomorrow's Sustainable World...A Future Vision Discussion on Event Room 2, Level 2.
Networking Lunches on both days will take place in Mozart Restaurant (Networking Lunch Area 1) and Networking Lunch Area 2, Level 1.
The Networking Breakfast and Lunches are complimentary and open to all Annual Meeting participants.

Security will be strictly enforced in all the Annual Meeting venues. To ensure the safety of all participants, security badges must be displayed at all times in the venues. Under no circumstances should your security badge be lent to another participant. At the venues' entrances, participants will be required to pass through security checks and to have their belongings screened and, if necessary, searched.
ACCESSIBILITY & ASSISTANCE
The EBRD aims to remove altitudinal and environment barriers that create exclusion, undue effort separation or special treatment. This enables everyone – regardless of disability, age, gender or faith – to participate equally, confidently and independently with choice and dignity.
The recommended taxi drop off points are on Appold Street and Primrose Street. Lifts are available from street level to Exchange Square from both points. Access to Exchange Square is also possible via a ramp from Bishopsgate.
The closest step-free public transport options are Liverpool Street or Shoreditch High Street (visit the TFL website for more information).
Access to our main reception from the square is via a lift located inside the large green arch (behind the large bronze statue of the Broadgate Venus). Please note the 175 Bishopsgate entrance is not fully accessible.
Assistance during the Annual Meeting
If you require assistance during the Annual Meeting please make Reception aware on arrival we will develop a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan for you. The Internet Cafe is located in the Networking Area in Level 2, EBRD Headquarters. The PCs provide internet services as well as access to the MyEBRD mobile-based networking tool.
Information and meeting rooms requests
Staff at the Information Desks can advise on all aspects of the Annual Meeting and Business Forum. Contact details for offices of official delegations or EBRD staff at the event can be found at the desks. Information about existing EBRD projects, and the financing of new projects across all of the Bank’s existing countries and sectors can also be found here.
Meeting rooms are available on request. If you would like to enquire about booking a meeting room during the Annual Meeting, kindly complete the template and email it to AMMeetingRequests@ebrd.com.
A period of 2 hours will be reserved for each meeting. Please note rooms are subject to availability.

Collect your hard copy of EBRD’s corporate reports, browse the online versions or talk to our staff about other digital and print publications. Situated near the Networking Area on Level 2.

Visit MyEBRD Information Desk in the Networking Area on Level 2 to learn how to make the most out of the mobile-based application. Use the MyEBRD app to plan your time, view the event schedule and communicate with other participants during theAnnual Meeting.
As this year we are celebrating our Annual Meeting in London where there is a wide range of accommodation choices available, we will not be providing any accommodation services.
